Please read these terms of use carefully before purchasing any products from our website https://oetonline.net.au. Be aware that by using our site or ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. INFORMATION ABOUT US
Our site is operated by OET Online and is registered in Australia under ABN is 14 530 302 168. We are a global online company and our teaching team is located internationally including the UK, Europe, Australia, & India. Our registered business address is PO Box 3093 Tarragindi, QLD, 4121 Australia.
2. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
We will take reasonable efforts to ensure that availability of the website will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Your access to the website may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services.
3. OET ONLINE PRODUCT AND COPYRIGHT
1. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Product. Minors may only use the Product under the supervision of an adult.
2. All Courses are for individual use only and you cannot share your log in details with others. Failure to abide by the condition may result course cancellation with no refund.
3. Our Product and any content accessed through the Product are for your personal and non-commercial use only and may not be shared be copied, published, distributed, sold or further disseminated without the express written permission of OET Online. OET Online takes any infringement of its copyright or other intellectual property rights seriously and will vigorously pursue damages and other penalties in respect of such matters.
4. The content on our site is the property of OET Online, and is protected by local and international copyright, authors rights and database right laws. Our site URL, and our Logo are our trademarks. may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, or in any manner that disparages or discredits us.
4. OET PASS GUARANTEE
1. Subject to this clause and the rest of the terms of use, if you have purchased an All Skills + Ultimate, Platinum or Standard or an All Skills Ultimate or Platinum or a Single Skills Platinum from us after 1st May 2024, you may be eligible for our "OET Pass Guarantee refund". If you are eligible, we agree to refund you for the cost of the course you have purchased from us if do not achieve your required OET Score.
2. In order to be eligible for the OET Pass Guarantee, you agree to the following:
1. You must complete the post-registration questions and provide previous exam scores during sign-up
2. Your required score is not greater than OET B 350
3. You must attend LIVE or view the RECORDED VIDEO of at least 7 lectures per week.
4. You must complete all writing assignments included in your course.
5. You must complete all private tutorials included in your course.
6. You must complete all Mock Tests included in your course.
7. You must complete all Reading and Listening Practice tests in your Reading and Listening Modules.
8. You must complete all the skills building tasks in the Reading and Listening Libraries.
9. You must complete all the worksheets and quizzes in the Grammar and Vocabulary Clinic and Oral Communication Clinic.
10. You must have actively engaged in your course for its entire duration.
11. You must request the refund within 7 days of receiving your OET results and within 30 days from your course expiry date.
12. You must contact the OET Online Team via studentservices@oetonline.net.au and include a copy of your exam results.
3. You acknowledge and agree that the refund only applies to the initial cost of the course and does not apply to any course extensions or additional products purchased.
4. You acknowledge and agree that any determination by us with respect to your “OET PASS Guarantee” eligibility is final and is made at our sole discretion.
5. You acknowledge and agree that it may take us 15 business days to process your refund request is approved.
5. COURSE CHANGES
We have the right to revise and make changes to the delivery of our courses from time to time. This includes regular updates to course content in line with any changes to OET format and assessment criteria. We also have the right to makes changes our LIVE Lecture timetable to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business.
6. PAYMENTS AND CREDIT CARDS
OET Online is a secure website and uses Stripe as our internet payment gateway. Stripe is a trusted and secure provider of electronic payments via the internet. Credit Card payments are made secure by a SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate which secures your online transactions by encrypting credit card and personal information and providing a safe route of communication for your online payments.
7. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Once payment has been made and you have logged into your course and accessed the resources, refunds will not be provided. If you cancel your course without accessing any course content within 7 days of enrolment, a $100 cancellation fee will apply and the balance will be refunded. Other circumstances will be decided on a case by case basis.
