OET Online is a secure website and uses Eway as our internet payment gateway. Eway is a trusted and secure provider of electronic payments via the internet. Credit Card payments are made secure by a SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate which secures your online transactions by encrypting credit card and personal information and providing a safe route of communication for your online payments.

Cancellation and Refunds
Once payment has been made and you have logged into your course and accessed the resources, refunds will not be provided.  If you cancel your course without accessing any course content within 7 days of enrolment, a $100 cancellation fee will apply and the balance will be refunded. Other circumstances will be decided on a case by case basis.

All the content on the website has been developed to help students prepare for the Occupational English Test. Material and resources were correct at time of publication. However, we do not take responsibility for variations between the actual test and the content provided on the website. The information included is for educational purposes only. OET Online is a premium provider but is not affiliated with the OET Centre.
